Pamela Sandals

Pam has over 20 years of experience working within charities and education to support young people and adults to improve both mental health and emotional wellbeing. She has extensive experience of supporting teenagers and parents at times when emotions can be heightened and boundaries challenged. Pam is qualified as a transactional analysis psychotherapist and comes from an art background, and with experience of art therapy. She works with clients in both short and long term therapy and brings creativity to her practice.

Pam offers a safe and confidential psychotherapeutic counselling to enable clients to challenge aspects of self that they want to change. She believes we all have the answers to the difficulties we face and together we can explore the patterns of feelings, thinking and behaviour that maybe holding adults, children and young people back from living their best life. She will listen attentively in order to provide you with a safe space to be seen and heard. Pam will often use play and art techniques as part of the work for both adults, children and young people.

Pam has a Level 7 Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy from an Integrative Perspective and also has a post graduate diploma – working with children and young people (conversion course for adult trained therapists).
