Our Therapies

We offer a range of different therapies at trust⁠wellbeing, but it can sometimes be difficult to know which is best for you or the person you are booking for. If you're unsure, contact us to book an assessment session, talk to us about your needs and we'll recommend some support options.

Therapy is very personal and needs to be the right fit for you so there's no pressure to commit following an initial session. We'd encourage you to talk to your therapist if something doesn't feel right and they will support you in finding the right therapist or therapy for you.

In addition to formal, one-to-one therapy, we offer online workshops for parents and carers. These aim to increase your knowledge, understanding and confidence on a wide range of topics, alongside providing practical strategies to use at home to support and improve your child's emotional health and wellbeing.

Counselling£70 per session

Counselling will provide a safe space for you to explore issues and concerns.

Our counsellors may use a variety of methods and techniques to help you to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
